Our Team

The team at MAXNKOBI are both proud graduates of Trinity College Dublin having successfully completed degrees in Business, Economics and Social Studies. Through networking and global travel they have built significant work experience in international markets and have spent time immersed in projects in San Francisco, New York, Las Vegas, Hong Kong, Sydney, London and Dublin. In addition, both Directors have been heavily involved in entrepreneurial ventures through long standing and established family businesses. The culmination of these ventures has earned the MNK team vast and impressive experience at the highest levels of luxury retail, financial services, international construction and property projects and visual merchandising solutions. Since 2018 MNK has organically grown and has been providing design solutions and consulting services for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Evan McSweeney

Director

Experienced creative professional, web developer and project manager with a proven track record in the financial services industry as well as real estate and retail sectors. Skilled in bespoke website design, logo and branding solutions, social media marketing and content creation. Global project management experience in the US, UK and Irish markets. A strong & established professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Marketing and Business from Trinity College Dublin.

Jillian McSweeney

Director

Experienced Visual Merchandising Director with a demonstrated history of working in the luxury retail industry. Highly skilled in project management, prop design and development, window production, store enhancements, creative content and brand solutions. Global project management experience in the US, UK, Asian and Irish markets. Strong creative and commercial professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Marketing and Business from Trinity College Dublin.

Ideal weekend?

Pre Covid you would usually find me working on music or playing gigs internationally! Places i’m particularly fond of are Croatia, San Francisco & Paris. Also, love a dip in the Atlantic.

Currently watching?

My weight fluctuate… I’m enjoying Mad Men & The Office. Also love listening to and watching long form interviews with musicians. 

An unusual habit?

I like to start each day with 20-30 mins of dancing followed by yoga and then some meditation. Also a big fan of swimming in the sea all year around…

Jillian

Ideal weekend?

Soaking up fresh air and walking in our local park or by the seaside, drinking great coffee and eating delicious food, spending time with family and friends. 

Currently watching?

Netflix and Amazon Prime (on repeat). Favourites include Homeland, Peaky Blinders, Downton Abbey, The Crown, The Home Edit, Dream Home Makeover.

Favourite city break?

New York City. There isn’t enough space to describe how much I love a visit to the Big Apple. The energy, the buzz and of course the shopping – I feel vibrant and adrenalized on every visit to the city that never sleeps be it for work or pleasure!
